If you decide to cancel your order before it’s dispatched, there will be no cancellation charge. However, once the order has been dispatched, a cancellation charge of the delivery will apply.

 

Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the following working day and delivered within the specified lead time as indicated on our website.

 

Our nationwide Delivery Service offers delivery times between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This service provides an ‘open booking’ with no specific time allocation, just the 2-3 working day turnaround time.

 

If you agree to a delivery time and are not available during the agreed period, or if there isn’t a safe location to leave the goods, a redelivery charge of the delivery price you paid per pallet will be applied.

 

Our delivery drivers are not expected to move the pallet beyond the rear of the vehicle. However, they will assess each delivery and provide assistance wherever possible, based on safety and access conditions.

 

In cases where access is limited or there are gravel driveways, deliveries may be made “kerbside” – as close to the property as possible. If it’s not possible to make the delivery on the day, a re-delivery charge of what you paid for the delivery may be incurred.

 

Upon delivery, it is essential to inspect all goods and sign the delivery paperwork unless a prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property, in which case they will be left at the customer’s risk.

 

When making a bulk purchase, please note that the pallet on which the product is delivered becomes the property of the purchaser.
